Starting times are published the week before the race. You should be at the start 10 minutes before your start.
Collect your startkit ay the check-in at the event area at least 45 minutes before your start. The check in opens at 10:00 am on saturday.

Medical staff are stationed along the course and at the event area. Contact the nearest official if you sustain an injury that prevents you from completing the race or if you need medical assistance.
The course will be marked with yellow-black band, signs and arrows.

We have general rules that apply to all runners. If you’re running in the competitive class, there are additional rules to consider. For those participating in Run for Fun, there are some specific rules that apply. The family run also has a few rules that are specific to that race. It's the participants responsibility to read the rules!
After crossing the finish line, you’ll have the opportunity to take great photos before leaving the finish area.

The start lists with start times will be released a few days before the race. The first start is at 12:00 PM, with the highest-ranked women and men in the competitive class. After that, we will release the starting groups at a few-minute intervals to avoid long queues at the obstacles.
There will be a break for about 45 minutes before the first start for Run for Fun. In Run for Fun, participants generally start in the order of registration, but some adjustments will be made so that those with the same team or company name start together.
For competition class the start times are based on ranking. You find your ranking-id here! If you have never raced a sanctioned OCR-race before, you don't have a ranking-id.
After your first sanctioned OCR-race, you will be given a ranking-id, if you are a member of a team connected to the Swedish Athletics Federation.
Collect your race kit at the check-in, at least one hour before your start. More information will be published shortly.
